Our faith does not discriminate.
Since the 1990s, we have faithfully organized progressive people of faith to advocate for the full inclusion of LGBTQIA+ Texans – equality before God and equality under the law.
Because our faith convicts us, we strive to maintain and expand freedom and protection for the LGBTQIA+ community. Our faith calls us to oppose anti-LGBTQIA+ legislation, discriminatory religious exemption laws masquerading as “religious freedom,” or any other attempts to treat Texas’ LGBTQIA+ community as second-class citizens.

Representation Matters
We have made major progress when it comes to LGBTQIA+ inclusion and affirmation in faith communities. And we still have work to do. People of faith must continue to speak out to support and celebrate LGBTQIA+ people publicly and politically — especially our transgender community. There’s too much at stake. Just Texas commits to the ongoing mobilization of faith voices to champion the full equality and inclusion of LGBTQIA+ Texans.
How to Help
We invite you to join us as we proclaim a faith narrative that preaches inclusion and affirmation of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions. We offer opportunities for education around the full participation of LGBTQIA+ people in faith communities, especially transgender inclusion. We are engaged in local and state politics protecting LGBTQIA+ Texans and our religious freedom.
